深圳慈善会松禾成长关爱基金"SPCP计划"即学生个人电脑计划（student personal computer plan），系由黄祉君同学发起，经深圳慈善会批准,作为深圳慈善会松禾成长关爱基金助学关爱正式立项项目。采取设立专项资金，通过义卖、募集等形式筹集资金，把全部募捐到的资金用于购置笔记本电脑，赠送给深圳对口支援灾区高考成绩优异的学生，旨在激励受助学生努力学习、传播爱心、建设灾区、报效祖国。

    参与"SPCP计划"，既可以圆了灾区优秀学子的电脑梦，使他们更加立志学习科技、应用科技，努力学有所成，学有所用；又可以为世界范围内关注汶川大地震灾区的爱心人士和爱心机构提供一个特别的帮助灾区人民的通道。该计划已经得到了松禾成长关爱基金和香港广东汕尾同乡总会等各界爱心单位的大力支持，首批30台笔记本电脑正在送往灾区30名优秀高考学子的手中。

    该计划发起人自10岁开始从事义工和慈善活动，最初到福利中心辅导小朋友学习、照顾老人，后来把利用暑假时间勤工俭学的收入捐给福利中心。今年5月13日，她被灾区一个动人的故事所感动：一个妈妈在废墟下躬曲着身体保护了自己三个月大的孩子，并通过手机短信在生命的最后一刻给孩子留下了爱的祝福。为此，她当即写下了英文诗"You Are Our Baby，Our Dear"，并由Peng Cong 谱曲，讴歌这属于中华民族、属于全人类的伟大母爱！

Briefing of SPCP

    The Student Personal Computer Plan ("SPCP") is a charity program initiated by Huang Zhijun, a Chinese teenager who is studying at the Bronx High School of Science in New York, U.S.

    It was approved and is being supervised by the Green Pine Growing Charity Foundation, which is under administration of the Shenzhen Charity Foundation.

    The program raises funds through donations and other charity activities. The money raised will be used to purchase personal computers, which will be given to elite students in the quake-hit counties in Gansu Province, which the Chinese Central Government had designated Shenzhen to help. 

    The purpose of the program is to encourage the students to study hard, spread the spirit of love, construct their homeland and repay the country.

    The SPCP can realize the dreams of students in the quake-hit region to learn and apply modern technology through the use of computers. It is also a channel for international organizations and foreign countries to help with earthquake relief in Sichuan.

    The program had won support from the public including Green Pine Growing Charity Foundation and the Guangdong Shanwei Association of Townsmen.

    The first batch of 30 computers had been sent to elite students in high schools in the quake-hit region. It is hoped more organizations and individuals can participate in the program.

    The initiator, Huang, has been involved in charity activities and voluntary service since she was 10 years old. She started charity work by visiting an orphanage to teach small children and helped the elderly in an old folks' home. She later spent her summer holidays earning money and donated this to the social welfare center.  She was deeply moved by the story of how a mother protected her three-month-old baby in the "5.12 Earthquake" in Sichuan Province. The message the mother left for the baby also move millions of Chinese. The initiator wrote an English poem You Are Our Baby, Our Dear, after reading the moving story and Peng Cong, a well-known musician composed music for the words to sing the praises of maternal love, the greatest love of all.

    中国一场灾难性地震毁灭了许多人的希望，然而它同时展示了爱的美丽。在地震的第二天，搜救人员在现场找到了一位母亲。 她已经死去，但姿势很特别。从她的身体的下面发现了一丝生命的气息， 一个三个月大的婴儿完好无损。当孩子被救出， 一个手机从盖在孩子身上的毛毯滑落。手机屏幕上是母亲的遗言： 孩子，如果你能活着，请记住妈妈永远爱你

    The disastrous earthquake in China diminished so many hopes, yet it manifested the beauty of love. On May 13 2008, a woman was found dead by rescuers in Sichuan. Surprisingly, under the body, they detected signs of life. A three-month-old baby had been protected by his mother. When the rescuers were removing the baby, a mobile phone with a message fell out of the baby's blanket. It read: " If you are still alive, please remember that I love you."
